Honor the Women in your Midst

Sometimes in the face of the worst possible scenario, you will find the people who see you and who want to help.  More than once I’ve had some seemingly disastrous situations turn into the greatest chapters of my career.  This one leader stepped up to help me and she put me on a path that would provide me incredible relationships and career lessons.  When I asked, “What could I ever do to thank you for what you did for me?” Her response was simply- “Pay it Forward.”  I have and it’s one of the most gratifying things I’ve ever done.
