How do we maintain connection without getting fatigued? We all experienced the virtual happy hours and 100s of hours of Zoom meetings and many of felt that connection was too much. I’d argue that we became better connected on so many levels during the pandemic. We got to see kids, dogs and decor. We excused bad hair days, baseball hats, dogs barking and shenanigans in the background. All of those moments made us have more human connection than just meeting in the office. So isn’t that a good thing? How do we keep the good without feeling exhausted?
