Let’s Talk About Culture

Good Culture Invites Success for All

Let’s talk about culture! How do you know when it’s good?  ❓ If you are asking, it probably has some room for improvement.

You feel good culture in your bones 💪🏼 When good culture exists, people want to talk about it.  They want to share those good moments with their colleagues and outside of the organization.    There is an electricity that you feel ⚡️ that makes you want to connect further.

If you are interviewing- one of the top questions you should be asking is, “What is your culture like?” 🤷🏼‍♀️ If you aren’t getting an answer right away, there’s probably room for improvement.

And one last thing- don’t mistake culture for benefits.  Benefits are good- but a ping pong table 🏓 or free beer 🍺 on Fridays, isn’t what I’m talking about.
